Tai Lee Chuen
Executive Director / CEO
Tai Lee Chuen is the substantial shareholder, and Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer of Semico Capital Berhad. Appointed to the Board on 6 February 2025, he leads the Group’s overall strategy, business development, and operations.
He began his career in IT before venturing into business, incorporating Tai Industrial Supplies in 2002. His entry into the arcade industry started with importing refurbished machines from Taiwan in 2003, followed by new machines from China in 2006, laying the foundation for his long-term involvement in the industry.
Tai Lee Chuen joined Semico in 2007 as an adviser, became Director of Business Development in 2009, and has served as a Director since 2015.
He has played a key role in growing the Group’s presence in arcade and amusement machine supply across the region. He also co-founded and led related ventures within the family entertainment ecosystem, including Minexport, which operates a Family Entertainment Centre at The Mines, and De Pop Asia, a toys and collectibles distribution business.
Tai Lee Chuen is the spouse of Ang Sew Fong.

Andrea Huong Jia Mei

Non-Executive Director
Andrea Huong Jia Mei joined Semico Capital Berhad on 15 May 2025 as an Independent Non-Executive Director. She brings extensive experience in accounting, corporate governance and board advisory, supporting the Group’s strategic direction and governance framework.
She began her career in audit in 2005, progressing to senior roles and handling engagements for both private and public listed companies, gaining strong expertise in financial reporting, internal controls and compliance.
She later moved into corporate secretarial and advisory work, serving as director of T&S Secretarial Services Sdn Bhd and T&S Boardroom Sdn Bhd, and currently holds a directorship at Social Green Governance Sdn Bhd, focusing on internal controls and sustainability.
She also sits on the board of several public listed companies and private limited companies in Malaysia.
She is not related to the Promoters/substantial shareholders, Directors, or Key Senior Management of the Group.
