Amilia Binti Sabtu is the Head of Finance of Semico Capital Berhad, where she oversees the Group’s financial management, accounting operations and corporate financial reporting.
She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) from Universiti Utara Malaysia and has been a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants since 2001. She began her career with Arthur Andersen & Co in 1997, where she gained extensive experience in statutory audits, financial reviews and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining Semico Capital Berhad in December 2024, she held senior finance roles at organisations including Nationwide Express Courier Services Berhad, Yayasan AMIR and Sapura Resources Berhad, where she was responsible for group financial reporting, treasury, taxation and financial planning.
With over 25 years of experience in finance and corporate reporting, she supports the Group’s financial governance and strategic financial management.
